United Auto Body takes great pride in every repair to insure that the highest standard of quality in the industry is met.
We are a proud member of the CertifiedFirst® Network , which provides a Lifetime Paint Performance Guarantee. This means that the paint work performed by United Auto Body is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle and will be honored by CertifiedFirst® participants throughout the country. The CertifiedFirst® Lifetime Paint Performance Guarantee covers the areas of the vehicle refinished.
United Auto Body guarantees all body and structural repair work for as long as you own your vehicle. We will repair free of charge any defects in workmanship of repairs stated on the repair invoice unless caused by unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. This covers labor only. A separate manufacturer’s warranty may apply to the parts. Mechanical and all sublet work is warranted for a period of one-year.
All warranties implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period. Specifically excluded are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this written warranty, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair included in the written warranty.
This written warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings. This written warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by United Auto Body. This warranty is non-transferable and must be exercised by the owner of the vehicle at the time the repairs were performed by United Auto Body.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the vehicle to United Auto Body with a copy of the repair invoice within a reasonable amount of time upon discovery of any repair issues. Any unreasonable delays in exercising your rights under this warranty may void the warranty.
