"This shop is horrible. They'll keep your car if the insurance companies don't pay what he requires. His shop is crap and Mark is an idiot. Do yourself a favor take your car to where your adjuster recommends because they can make sure that things can run smoothly. BUT BY ALL MEANS TAKE IT TO UNITED if you don't want to see your car for awhile."

Response to Jon-Michael Brussich at Farmers Insurance – It is very cowardly that you as an insurance adjuster would stoop this low as to post a fake review under the name Jbrooky13. We understand that you were upset that you did not have your way with the repairs on our customer’s vehicle. The non-OEM parts that you tried to put on our customer’s vehicle was not in his best interest, and he was fully aware of what you were attempting to do. Our customer expressed great satisfaction that you and your insurance company had to pay for a good repair versus the substandard repair your DRP shop would have provided. You were clearly upset at our office when Mark threw you out of our shop for your misconduct and unprofessionalism. Any smart consumer can see that your disingenuous review is a bad attempt to hurt our reputation and to promote your DRP shops. It would be appreciated if you would be more professional in the future and provide any grievances to our shop directly. You are now officially banned from our shop. Thank you for posting.
