ABOUT THE REPAIR PROCESS:
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
The time it takes to repair a vehicle will vary based on the amount of damage the vehicle has sustained. When the written estimate is prepared we will provide you with an estimated time of completion.
Do you assist with rental car services?
Yes, we will contact the rental car company that best suits your needs. We will then provide the agency with the information they will need to directly bill your insurance company. You will be provided with transportation to the rental car company to pick up your rental vehicle.
My car needs to be towed to the shop. Do you provide towing service?
Yes. One phone call to us and we'll take cake of everything. We will make arrangements to send a tow truck to pick up your vehicle.
Are your employees certified?
All of our technicians are highly trained with a long history of experience in the auto body repair industry. Our facility has been inspected by PPG and is part of the PPG Certified First Network.
ABOUT THE INSURANCE PROCESS:
Must I obtain three estimates?
No. You only need one estimate from your chosen repair facility to get the ball rolling.
Do I have to take my vehicle to an insurance company drive-in claims facility for an estimate?
No. In most cases, the insurance company will send a representative to our shop. We would be happy to assist with making the arrangements.
If I go to an insurance company's drive-in claims facility, do I have to take my vehicle to one of its preferred shops for repair?
No. There is no law requiring you to go to a specific repair shop. Keep in mind that you are the vehicle owner. Don't let your insurance company take away your right to choose!
What should I look for when choosing a facility to repair my vehicle?
The reputation of the repair facility is one of the most important things to look at when determining where to take your vehicle. Look at referrals from previous customers to decide whether the facility is right for you. Who is responsible for payment to the repair shop, the insurance company or me?
You are. As the vehicle owner, you are in direct contract with the repair shop, not the insurance company. As such, it is extremely important to CHOOSE a repair shop that will meet your expectations for a quality repair because you are solely responsible for the cost of repair.
The standard measure of damages is the "reasonable" cost of necessary repairs. Therefore, select a repair facility that understands its obligations to you, its customer. Exercise caution when someone tells you that the repairs can be performed "cheaper" somewhere else.
Remember... as the owner, you have the right to choose the repair methods best suited to restore your vehicle.
