MARK JANNESARI, Owner: A hands-on owner/operator, Mark is involved in every aspect of the repair process to insure top-quality work on every vehicle which comes into the shop. Mark's business philosophy is 100% customer-centered:
Customer-first, do it right the first time! Never compromise the quality or safety of the vehicle, and treat every job like it's the only job in the shop. Never lose sight of the fact that the vehicle owner is the customer, regardless of the entity paying the bill. We work for the vehicle owner, NOT the insurance company!

For nearly 25 years, Mark has worked in the auto body repair business. In 1992, he started United Auto Body & Paint and has taken the business from a small shop to the well-known, highly regarded shop it is today.
Mark's industry expertise and professional opinions have been sought after by legal professionals. He has served as an expert witness for Lemon Law litigation on numerous occasions.
A San Diego resident since 1989, Mark is an active member of various San Diego community organizations, and the Rancho Penasquitos/Park Village Community. He donates his time and money to various charities and groups in the San Diego community. Mark is married, with two wonderful children.
SUZETTE BERRY, Shop Manager: This top-notch professional honed her skills in auto body repair and paint while working at Seaside Buick for over 37 years! Suzette knows all the technical and insurance aspects of the business, inside and out.
The best part of Suzette's job, she says, is helping customers. She guides them through the repair and tries to make the process as pleasant and seamless as possible. It is Suzette's pleasure to work with you from start to finish, insuring best quality workmanship and answering any questions you may have.
Suzette celebrated 33 years of marriage this 4th of July, has a wonderful son & daughter-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren.
